We have a vacancy for a Leisure Assistant in PlayZone/LazerZone. Details of the role are shown below.

Are you the person for us? This customer service role requires confidence and a desire to work alongside others. You must have a pleasant manner and be comfortable dealing with both children and adults. Attention to detail and a willingness to do whatever is needed to ensure the highest standards of customer service, safety and cleanliness are maintained. You will be responsible for facilitating the comfort and safety of customers by:

  • following procedures
  • maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the play structure and public areas
  • answering the telephone and taking bookings
  • serving customers
  • using the till with cash and credit card handling
  • preparing light snacks and drinks
  • liaising with the chefs in Restaurant kitchen
  • running parties – includes preparing party food, ensuring children are having the time of their lives, liaising with parents, clearing up afterwards
  • assisting in LazerZone
  • cleaning down at the end of the day

The role will entail working circa 16+ hours per week over 3/4 days (dependant on bookings). As team rotas are set around customer bookings a high degree of flexibility is required regarding actual working hours each week.

Note: this vacancy is not suitable for students wanting part time work or anyone needing set days and times, weekend work will be required.
