Terms and Conditions for Custom House Rewards
1. The Scheme
To collect points for a transaction, your card must be presented at the till or your membership number quoted. (points cannot be added retrospectively)Points collected at PlayZone, LazerZone or Partner stores (see below) will be credited to the same account.Where there is more than one cardholder in a group each cardholder will be credited points to the value of the transaction that they pay for.Points will not be given for: purchases of drinks directly over the bar. Other products or services may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of The Custom House. Bonus points for recommending a friend to join REWARDS are only applied after the new card holder has used their card at least once and within 3 months of registration.

Where can I use my card and on what to collect points?
You can use your card in any department within the Custom House building (certain restrictions apply however, see full terms and conditions for details). In addition to this you can also use your card at various local businesses that you will be informed about in the monthly newsletter.
How do I find out what points I have?
You can check your points balance online via our REWARDS portal at 1abbeyroad.co.uk/rewards/portal – log in using your email address that you registered with us and the temporary password that will be your rewards card number. Don’t be worried if your points don’t show up straight away as they can take a few days to appear.
How can I spend my points and how long do they last for?
If you have accumulated 250 points or more in a 3 month period then they will be converted into a voucher and posted to you. If you have under 250 points or additional points that cannot be converted into a voucher these will roll over. Each voucher will be valid for a 3 month period, if you wish to extend this you can purchase gift cards with your vouchers that are then valid for 18 months.
Can I use friends or families points?
Once the points have been converted into vouchers any one can redeem them, to take advantage of our other fabulous offers however you will need a card of your own.
Is change given if I don’t spend the full amount on the voucher?
If you have £5 or more left over in change from the spending of your voucher you will receive change in the form of a £5 voucher only or multiples thereof. No cash is given or denominations less than £5.
What happens if I change address or any other personal details?
The REWARDS portal found at http://1abbeyroad.co.uk/rewards/portal not only shows you your points balance but also lets you change your personal details and what products you’re interested in.
Can I use my points/vouchers with other offers?
Essentially your points are just money off vouchers and can be used at any time even with other offers. As part of the REWARDS scheme many other offers will be available to you, in general these other offers can only be redeemed one at a time though.
What will I get when I join?
When you join you will receive a welcome pack containing your personalised REWARDS card and some vouchers. The REWARDS card entitles you to accrue points for purchases you make within The Custom House. You will be notified first of any events that we will run, as well as being entitled to card holder only monthly and special offers. We also hold free prize draws and giveaways to treat you.
What happens if there is more than one card on the account or I want someone else to collect points for me?
If you want someone else to collect points for you sign them up as an additional card holder under your account and the points will be pooled together. Having the additional card will entitle you to all the benefits of the scheme but you will not receive all the information as this will go to the main account holder.
What happens if I don’t receive emails?
At present the majority of our scheme is communicated through emails, we are working on other methods at present to communicate all the offers and events to those without email addresses. However every quarter if you have accrued enough points you will receive a printed letter with your voucher enclosed and some information regarding the scheme. The monthly offers and events will also be advertised within the building itself.
