A new restaurant & ice cream parlour opening in July 2013

Applications are invited from ambitious and talented recently qualified hardworking chefs to work in our new venture – The Burger Parlour and our existing restaurant – The Custom House.

You will join our current team of 5 experienced chefs supporting the preparation and delivery of freshly cooked food to order.

Have you got experience of customer service in a fast paced restaurant environment?

We are looking for an experienced waiter / waitress for full time employment in our busy restaurant. You must be fully flexible with regard to your shifts which will cover 5 days out of 7 with regular evening and weekend working.

You will be involved in all aspects front of house:

• following procedures
• maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• answering the telephone and taking bookings
• serving customers
• using the till with cash and credit card handling
• preparing hot & cold drinks, cocktails and desserts

You must be well presented, have a pleasant customer manner and work well as part of a team.

The role will entail working circa 30 hours per week over 5 days. As team rotas are set around customer bookings a high degree of flexibility is required regarding actual working hours each week.
