Our key actions are:
- We are improving the chicken skewer, increasing the portion size and will marinade the chicken for longer
- Will watch for temperature on the brie obviously should not be cold
- No potatoes being offered with steak was an over-site, we have put a reminder on the till
- Butter pre packs should not be served with the cheese and biscuits, though ‘work of the devil’ a possible slight overstatement!
